Inbound Practice

Our team members help Korean companies recruiting foreign personnel as managers and technical experts, as well as foreign companies seeking to transfer expatriate personnel and their families to Korea, in obtaining appropriate visas. Additionally, we handle criminal-related matters before the Immigration Service of the Ministry of Justice, and coordinate with our clients' counsel outside Korea to ensure seamless service.

Outbound Practice

Our attorneys also assist both United States companies recruiting foreign personnel and foreign companies seeking to transfer personnel to the United States with advice and counsel on American immigration laws. We have successfully represented a variety of companies and individuals in securing temporary employment authorization pursuant to L-1, H-1B, and E-1/E-2 visas, and have assisted companies and individuals with consular processing to obtain permanent resident visas based upon employment.
