Our Most Important Relationship....is YouVisit the web sites of other Korean law firms, or look at their brochures. Most of of them but especially the really big ones are pleased to tell you at length about their extensive web of high-level contacts and connections. At these firms you'll find a stellar array of former Ambassadors, National Assemblymen, Fair Trade Commissioners, and so forth, all plugged in to the powers-that-be. It's impressive. Aurora Has None of Those Contacts or ConnectionsWhich means all we have to offer is our legal service, focused completely on our care and concern for you. Let the other guys do the lobbying, leave your legal matters to us. If you need lobbying, we strongly recommend you go to one of the other firms; we're glad to help our clients pick the right lobbyists, if necessary. But Korea's government is not completely resistant to logic, and it's not always necessary to exploit connections when simple persuasion will do. We have a good record with many types of government regulatory matters, based on solid communication with our client, simple logic and honest presentation. Our very first potential client, way back in December 2000, was a multinational food company looking for legal advice and lobbying assistance with complex customs-related matters. Although we wanted the prestigious client, and we definitely needed the money, it was more important to us to ensure that company found the right counsel. Without hesitation, we sent the food company to a very senior attorney we know and trust, and followed up on our referral afterwards. In all our matters, we focus singularly on what's best for you. After all, without happy clients' goodwill, we're lost. We don't have any high-level contacts or connections upon which to rely.
